I came into this business with some leadership experience but no sales experience. However, I had a passion for teaching and helping others. When I came to Insurance 15 years ago, I had tons of sales experience. So I knew what it would take to make a great living. When I started I was taught prospecting and sales methods, along with product knowledge. Then it was up to me! Every day, I introduced myself to business after business and sought to make friends with as many business owners as possible!
Fast forward to today, I have made great money every year and been on many trips all over the world. I have my own very successful agency and witnessed many people win in this business. When people ask me how to have a great career, I go back to how I started. You must be consistent, believe in what you are doing and have fun!
